CHARGING-SITE CARE / GREATER MONTREAL

Keep your charging sites ready.

Commercial EV charging-site care: exterior maintenance, physical condition checks, documented reporting and issue coordination.

BUILT FOR

Condos · Commercial buildings · Offices · Hotels · Parking · Fleets

01 / WHO IT IS FOR

You manage the sites. The provider list keeps growing.

A manager may deal with several properties, charger manufacturers, network operators, installers, electrical contractors and warranties. When an issue appears, responsibility is rarely obvious.

BorneCare creates the continuity point: what is installed, what was observed, the evidence and the next action.

07 / FAQ

Questions property teams ask

Does BorneCare repair chargers?

BorneCare documents the issue and refers it to the appropriate provider. Electrical, internal, warranty or authorization-dependent repairs remain with qualified parties.

Can you record multiple charger brands?

Yes. The physical site record can inventory multiple manufacturers and operators. V1 does not claim network integrations or live status monitoring.

Is this an electrical safety inspection?

No. It is a visual, non-invasive condition service. Results are not certification or an electrical compliance determination.

How often should a site be visited?

Cadence depends on use, environment, season, manufacturer guidance and your current arrangements. It is proposed after the site assessment.
