Charger exterior

Visible casing cleanliness, finish, cracks, deformation and obvious impact marks.

Cable visual condition

Visible sheath abrasion, cuts, crushing, kinks or contact with the driving surface; observation only.

Connector and holster

Exterior cleanliness, visible deformation and secure seating in the holster without disassembly.

Screen, interface and labels

Screen, operating/support labels and QR visibility, obvious external damage and access to buttons or card readers; no functional certification.

Bollards and physical protection

Visible condition, alignment, reflectivity and obvious impact damage around protective elements.

Parking markings and wheel stops

Visibility, placement and obvious damage affecting bay recognition or equipment protection.

Access and obstruction

Vehicles, stored material, snow, ice or debris visibly limiting use or service access at the time of visit.

Site surroundings

Litter, standing water, drainage observations, lighting obstruction and nearby conditions affecting care or access.

Asset identification

BorneCare asset ID, visible manufacturer/model information, station identifier and physical location.

Evidence set

Required site overview, charger identity and exception photographs are present and traceable to the visit.
